Jason leads Deloitte Consulting’s national Rewards and Risk practice in the US. He has 20 years of employee benefit consulting experience helping organizations design, deliver, communicate, and manage total rewards programs, with an emphasis on pension risk management for multinational companies. Jason also has broader HR consulting experience, supporting talent management, HR transformation, and other human capital initiatives.
