El pasado 29 de abril, el Centro Nacional de Control de Energía (“CENACE”) emitió el “Acuerdo para garantizar la eficiencia, Calidad, Confiabilidad, Continuidad y Seguridad del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional, con motivo del reconocimiento de la epidemia de enfermedad por el virus SARS-CoV2 (COVID-19)” (en lo sucesivo, el “Acuerdo”) para su publicación en el Sistema de Información de Mercado.

On April 29th, the National Energy Control Center (“CENACE”) issued the “Decree to Guarantee the Efficiency, Quality, Reliability, Continuity and Safety of the National Power System, as a result of the recognition of the SARS-CoV2 virus disease epidemic (COVID-19)” (hereinafter, the “Decree”) for its publication in the Market Information System.
