Establecen acuerdo gobierno federal y empresarios para pago de PTU

El gobierno federal y la iniciativa privada avanzaron con el acuerdo de topar la Participación de los Trabajadores en las Utilidades de las empresas (PTU); esto a través de recomendar una reforma para modificar el artículo 127 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.

El análisis que la dependencia presentó indica que los trabajadores recibirán en promedio 57 días de salario; lo que representa aproximadamente una media de 18,557 pesos.

Este cambio permitirá avanzar con la discusión de la iniciativa de reforma en materia de subcontratación planteada por el Ejecutivo Federal el pasado 12 de noviembre del 2020.

Agreement between Federal Government and business executives payment Profit Sharing

Both the Federal Government and Private Initiative advanced on an agreement to address the Participation of Employees in Profit Sharing; the aforementioned was achieved by recommending a reform to amend article 127 of the Federal Labour Law.

The analysis presented by the unit indicates that workers will receive an average of 57 days' wages, which represents an average of $18,557.00 Mexican Pesos.

This change will allow progress along with the discussion of the outsourcing reform initiative, presented on November 12, 2020 by President Andres Manuel López Obrador.
