Comunicado de Secretaría de Economía referente a obligaciones con RNIE

En virtud de la contingencia que se vive en estos momentos, el pasado 26 de marzo del presente año, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el acuerdo de la Secretaría de Economía, por el cual hace del conocimiento general las medidas que la Secretaría y el Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras estarán tomando a partir de su publicación, teniendo vigencia hasta el próximo 19 de abril del presente año.

Annoucement from the Ministry of Economy regarding RNIE obligations

Due to the contingency we’re living during these moments, on March 26th of the present year, it was published on the Official Gazette of the Federation the agreement of the Ministry of Economy that publishes the measures that the Ministry and the Mexican Foreign Investment Registry will be effective from the day of its publication and valid until April 19th of the present year.
