Con fecha 27 de octubre de 2023, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (“DOF”) la Quinta Resolución General por la que se determina el monto del valor total de los activos a que hace referencia el artículo 9º de la Ley de Inversión Extranjera (“LIE”), (la “Quinta Resolución”), quedando establecido dicho monto en la cantidad de $24´979,862,979.30 M.N. (veinticuatro mil novecientos setenta y nueve millones ochocientos sesenta y dos mil novecientos setenta y nueve pesos, treinta centavos Moneda Nacional).

On October 27th, 2023, the Fifth General Resolution determining the amount of the total value of the assets referred to in article 9th of the Foreign Investment Law (“LIE”), was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (“DOF”) (the “Fifth Resolution”), being established such total value of assets in the amount of MXN$24'979,862,979.30 (twenty-four thousand nine hundred seventy-nine million eight hundred sixty-two thousand nine hundred seventy-nine pesos, thirty cents Mexican Currency).
