Teletrabajo es nueva Ley en México

El Ejecutivo publicó este 11 de enero de 2021 en el Diario Oficial de la
Federación los nuevos lineamientos que establecen los derechos y obligaciones de los patrones y trabajadores que decidan aplicar este esquema laboral (Teletrabajo), siempre y cuando más del 40% del trabajo se desarrolle en un domicilio diverso al de los patrones.

The Executive published this 11 January 2021 in the Official Journal of the Federation the new guidelines establishing the rights and obligations of employers and workers who decide to implement this labour scheme (Teleworking), provided that more than 40% of the work is carried out in an address different from that of employers.
