Regulatory Talk Series

Session 1: Recovery & Resolution Planning

With the continuous evolution of the regulatory landscape, financial services firms need to be prepared to deal with the challenges of diverging regulatory frameworks. Operationalising and embedding recovery and resolution planning (RRP) will become far more tangible for firms in 2018/19.

RRP requires significant commitment. To address the need to respond to the business implications of RRP and as part of Deloitte Malaysia’s ongoing efforts in promoting its adoption, we will be hosting the first in a series of Regulatory Talks that will kick off on Friday, 2 November 2018, aimed at helping Malaysian financial services firms apply the RRP concept in the local context.

Designed specifically for board members and the C-suite, this complimentary talk will offer insights into the Malaysian landscape in RRP, discuss the potential implementation challenges of RRP and how it can be tailored to suit the banking industry in Malaysia.
