Deloitte Southeast Asia and Baker & McKenzie jointly invite you to our 2015 M&A Education Series.

Opportunities for M&A activity into and out of Southeast Asia are plentiful, though in a fast paced and changing landscape, acquiring a company is never straightforward. A successful deal is dependent on many factors throughout the entire lifecycle - from identifying a deal and adopting the right strategy to what happens after an acquisition.

This technical training aims to help you frame and implement successful merger and acquisition strategies that create a competitive advantage and shareholder value and would be beneficial to investors, corporate buyers and legal counsel handling transactional deals.

M&A Education Series

The M&A education series will be held in two different cities: Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, and each programme comprises of five training sessions per city.
