Deloitte Southeast Asia together with Baker&McKenzie.Wong&Leow in Singapore and Wong & Partners in Malaysia jointly invite you to participate in our 2016 M&A Education Series.

Opportunities for M&A activity into and out of Southeast Asia are remain plentiful. Acquiring or divesting a business in this fast paced and competitive environment is never straightforward. A successful deal is dependent on many factors throughout the entire lifecycle - from identifying a deal, adopting a strategy to integration after the acquisition.

This technical training aims to help you frame and implement successful M&A strategies that create a competitive advantage and shareholder value for you. This M&A education series would be beneficial to investors, corporate buyers, entrepreneurs and legal counsels involve in deals.

The M&A education programme will be held in two different cities: Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and each series comprises of five training sessions per city.
