Deloitte AdvantEDGE is a two-day programme taking place on the 10th of May and the 17th of May. It aims to educate, guide, and empower selected final year university students to take charge of their careers, build core skills, and improve employability.

Programme Eligibility

Basic criteria:​

• Students who are enrolled in a university in Malaysia
• Final year of undergraduate or postgraduate study
• Ready to fully commit to the entire programme (2 days – 10th and 17th May 2025) ​
• Showcases strong learnability, along with strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

Our Application Process

Stage 1: Apply on our Deloitte portal (click on the Apply Now button) ​
This is also where you will submit your CV and self-recorded short video, and be required to complete 4 learning modules​.

Stage 2: Face-to-face online interview​
Shortlisted applicants will receive an interview invitation to undergo a virtual interview with a Deloitte AdvantEDGE team member.​

Selection outcomes​
Successful candidates will receive a confirmation email offering a spot in the programme upon a favourable final interview assessment.
