Deloitte AdvantEDGE is a two-day programme taking place on the 24th of February and the 2nd of March. It aims to educate, guide, and empower selected final year university students to take charge of their careers, build core skills, and improve employability.

Programme Eligibility

Basic criteria:

• Malaysian citizen
• Enrolled in a local university
• Final year of study
• Ready to fully commit to the entire programme (2 days)
• Showcases learnability, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Our Application Process

Stage 1: Apply on our Deloitte portal
This is also where you will submit your CV and be required to provide a few short, guided essays for us to assess programme fit.

Stage 2: Interview
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a virtual interview with a Deloitte AdvantEDGE team member.

Selection outcomes
Successful candidates will receive a confirmation email offering a spot in the programme upon a favourable final interview assessment.
