Deloitte Tax Services invites you to this half-day complimentary briefing on the latest development in transfer pricing and principal hub. The first half of the briefing session introduces recent TP developments in Malaysia. One of the notable developments was the introduction of disclosure requirements in Form C effective YA 2014 that mandate the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation before the filing deadline.
The second half of the briefing session introduces the Principal Hub incentive, which was recently announced in Malaysia’s Budget 2015. In promoting Kuala Lumpur as a regional business hub and strengthening its competitiveness, the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) issued guidelines on the new incentive for Multinational Corporations (MNCs) seeking to setup and establish their operations in the region. Our guest speakers from Invest KL, a government agency would be present to expound the subject matter in greater detail.
