Matt has 20 years of professional experience. He has worked in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. Throughout his career, Matt has worked across various service lines, including assurance, tax, advisory, due diligence and corporate finance.

Within corporate finance, Matt has experience in project finance, capital markets, valuations and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side mandates, involving global buyers & sellers from USA, Europe and Asia.

He is experienced with working with strategic buyers and financial buyers, including private equity houses, across a variety of industries, having undertaken various assignments across in sectors including industrial & manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, offshore support services, infrastructure, government projects, telecommunications and insurance.
