Siti Hajar Osman

Siti Hajar has more than 18 years of experience in public practice with Deloitte. She is the Leader for the Financial Services Industry and Islamic Finance team in the audit practice of Deloitte Malaysia.

Siti Hajar has been involved in auditing, serving both local and multinational corporations as well as public and private companies operating in various industries, including banking, steel and other manufacturing, property development, hospitality as well as oil and gas.

Her experience also includes financial due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPO), reporting accountants for corporate exercises and monitoring accountants and implementation of IFRS 139 as well as IFRS 9.

In addition, Siti Hajar also serves as an adjudicator for the National Annual Corporate Report Awards organise by the Malaysia Institute of Accountants/ Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Siti is also involved in FRSIC-FTSC for FSI conducted by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Siti Hajar graduated with a degree in Accounting from Northern University of Malaysia. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
