The 2015 edition of the Best Company To Work For (BCTWF) - Namibia survey was launched 29 April 2015. The survey aims to identify and celebrate the best companies to work for in Namibia and across the Southern African region as rated by their most important stakeholder group, namely, their employees.

What did the survey cover?

Human Capital Trends 2015

At the BCTWF launch event, Retuura Ballotti also presented the 2015 Global Human Capital Trends report, placing it in a local context.

The report is one of the largest ever longitudinal global talent studies, which includes 39 Namibian leaders in the participants.  The localised presentation is available to download from as a PDF, and you can view the full 2015 global report here.
