Linda is responsible for driving our Strategy, Customer & Marketing business across West Africa. She has extensive experience enabling clients to define their strategies and implement multi-year programs.
Linda has over fifteen years of management consulting, research and advocacy experience. She has worked as a Consultant in Nigeria, South Africa and the UK, leading transformation projects for multiple clients including Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Regulators, FMCG companies and Public Sector.
Prior to her Deloitte appointment, Linda was the General Manager at EFInA. She worked with the Board and the EFInA team to implement the organisation’s five-year strategic plan and dynamic portfolio of initiatives. She also led research, innovation funding, advocacy and capacity building to drive large scale formal financial inclusion in Nigeria. She is passionate about Africa, women’s issues and developing talent. Linda is an alumnus of the Harvard Executive Program and has an MBA from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
