Erik Smits

Erik started working in 1986 and is partner (since 1998) in the international tax group of Deloitte. As such he has been involved in world-wide tax restructurings, tax planning and tax compliance services for multinational clients. He is a member of the Core team of the Deloitte Industry group Energy & Resources. Erik is specialized in the international tax consequences of structuring investments and reorganizations of multinational groups.
