Heleen Vaandrager

As a partner at the Benefits & Pension Advisory I am responsible for taking HR and Finance directors of multinational companies along in the journey through pension transformation. In this light I support also large companies in the review of their Total Rewards strategy. This may occur due to M&A, harmonization of benefits or simply because the Dutch pension legislation describes radical changes to the current system. My stronghold is project management in complex pensions and rewards change projects including stakeholder management and communication to the employees.
