I have over 10 years experience advising Privately owned businesses and Private Equity Backed Companies from Deloitte UK, London office. I have recently joined the Deloitte Netherlands Practice to focus on advising and working with Private Equity Backed Businesses HQ’d and based in the Netherlands and broader Europe. Together with my team I assist portfolio companies held by Private Equity funds throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to eventual exit.

Based on the experience gained in the UK, advising Private Equity owned businesses, I am able to use my experience to support management post-transaction on all tax matters with an aim to support in the overall value creation process.
