Maartje Laterveer

Maartje Laterveer is Manager at Deloitte Consulting and helps organizations to harness the power of diversity.

Maartje has over 20 years of experience as a journalist and writer before joining Deloitte as an expert on (gender) diversity. She has a holistic, hands-on approach focused on people, processes and systems that allows organizations to have an inclusive culture in which all talents can thrive.

Besides consulting, she coaches executives on Inclusive Leadership and is working on a book on Authentic Leadership.

Maartje is member of the Advisory Board of Lean In Netherlands.
