I love involving the voice of the customer in operational (IT) decisions. Identify, prioritise and provide solutions for customer nuisances across the End-to-End customer journey; from first point of contact and sales to churn retention and billing.
I'm a very energetic character and enjoy the occasional pun. Like to be put outside my comfort zone and especially love helping bring structure and solve complex transitions in chaotic high-pressure situations. As a hobby 'breaking own boundaries' is practiced by identifying the limits of what's allowable or feasible.
