Ruben Santos

Ruben is a Sr. Consultant at Deloitte's S&O practice in The Netherlands. His professional interests range from (Finance and HR) operating model redesign, cross-country process reinventions, operational cost reduction, and new business plan/service launches.

Past project experience includes:

• Organizing, facilitating and reporting out on (Digital) Finance Labs and Digital Finance Strategy methodology; currently Finance Lab Lead of Deloitte NL practice
• Analyzing and reporting on current systems, process data and team structure & capabilities in place to seek better alternatives or improvements, particularly through right-sourcing, -shoring and digital opportunities such as RPA and analytics; typically affecting 100-400 cross-country FTEs in Finance and HR
• Communicating recommendations supported by a business case and compelling storyline to C-1 and C-level leaders to ensure impact and drive change in the organization
• Service and business plan development with cross-discipline and -country teams
