Soumen has more than 25 years of experience in the Finance domain where he has discharged the roles of CFO, Controller, FP&A, global Shared Services leader, Client service partner – across a dozen countries and industry verticals such as Energy & Resources, Health Tech, Consumer goods, Pharma, Auto, Telecom, Media, Manufacturing etc. Soumen has a deep knowledge of the Finance and Performance Management processes in the private sector and has led several global engagements around Finance Transformation, often enabled by Digital solutions. Prior to joining Consulting, Soumen worked for 15 years in the private sector in finance leadership roles in finance strategy, performance management and operating model transformations eg.
