Measures COVID-19

We are committed to providing a safe learning environment in close cooperation with the location(s). All of our services are carried out in accordance with the applicable measures as determined by RIVM. The number of participants per training is limited, taking into account the capacity of the rooms so that keeping sufficient distance (minimum of 1.5 meters) is guaranteed. Participants of the training are requested to adhere to the prescribed hygiene measures at site. Also, we request you to stay home if you have a cold and/or when members of your household have a fever.

Cultivating leadership and growth

In an increasingly complex world, leaders need to be more complex themselves. Rather than relying on proven successful approaches, leaders need to swiftly adjust to the rapidly unfolding circumstances and the growing diversity of people they need to influence. In other words, leaders need to be more and more agile, sensing the demands of a wide variety of situations and adapting their leadership style accordingly.

In our new Leadership Agility program we combine theory with a lot of practice. You will get started by mapping out the leadership styles you currently use and recognize where they are effective and where alternative leadership behaviors would be more beneficial.

What will Leadership Agility bring you?

The Leadership Agility program is based on Meyer & Meijers’ Leadership Agility model, as detailed in their recent book of the same name. This framework combines state-of-the-art scientific insight with 20 years of practical leadership development application.

During this program you will:

  • Increase your personal persuasiveness and boost your interpersonal skills
  • Gain insight into the strengths and pitfalls of your current approaches, while exploring alternative leadership styles you are less familiar with
  • Feel prepared and confident to deal with all the complex and disruptive changes around you after completion

“In 2018 Harvard Business Review reported that 68% of CEOs admit they weren’t fully prepared for the job"

Learning Objectives

In this program, six key learning objectives will be pursued simultaneously:

  • Awareness. Learning starts with achieving a deeper understanding of oneself – which styles do I master, which do I prefer and why? What are my drivers and my blockages?
  • Enhancement. Besides understanding one’s current state, the learning is also directed towards broadening one’s repertoire of styles and getting better at each.
  • Practice. To truly get better at leadership requires practice and this program offers a stimulating environment to gain experience by doing.
  • Cases. By discussing leadership challenges together with peers, participants will also gain inspiration and ideas from others.
  • Mindset. By explicitly working on one’s leadership, each person should feel strengthened and more in control, while at the same time daring to be more vulnerable and open-minded.
  • Insight. Besides useful, the program will be intellectually stimulating, offering new knowledge and challenging existing assumptions.

Target group

This curriculum is developed for Executives and Non-Executives who are ready to get new insights in 20+ leadership styles and who have the ambition to grow from good to great leaders. You will meet men and women from a variety of leading organizations from whom you will learn just as much as from the facilitators.

Please note that the language of the entire course will be in English.
