Master Class: How to apply the revised Dutch Corporate Governance Code

Enhance corporate performance through good governance

This master class is focused on how to apply the new (revised) Dutch Corporate Governance Code. Expert facilitators with experience with both good and bad practices will guide you through a mix of resentations, exercises, and peer-to-peer discussions. Insights will be shared from practice as well as from academic research.

Irene Heemskerk was, as a secretary, closely associated with the realization of the Good Governance Corporate Code. During her dinnerspeech, she will give an explanation on how the Code has come to a realization, the thoughts behind the modifications of the Code and she will place the Code in a wider (international) context.
