During the Salesforce event in Amsterdam, Deloitte Digital will host several breakout sessions that will go further into implementing and using Salesforce - and how it can add value to your business

 

Breakout session #1: Automating Deployments: Migration between Salesforce

Whether you are interested in starting to adopt Salesforce, already familiar with it, or mastering Salesforce, you’ll have to, one day or another, move developments from one to the next environment. This can be a painful, unstable and complex process.

In order to become a master in controlling this process, this breakout session will focus on the essential for continuous integration. This allows you to commit, build and deploy your developments - or at least let you understand what this is about. Afterwards, you should be able to weigh the pros and cons for your projects and be aware that deployments should not be complex, costly and time-consuming.

 

Breakout session #2: leveraging Salesforce technology to meet changing circumstances - A Deloitte and PostNL case

Connected experiences are nowadays more important than ever. During this session you can discover how PostNL improved employee satisfaction and lowered costs by leveraging digital and creative capabilities with Salesforce technology.

Using service design and an agile approach, PostNL and Deloitte delivered a platform that enables new services, allowing anticipation and innovation of new opportunities.
