2019-2020

This year we are hosting the second edition of the Leaders of the Future & BOLD Leader program. This program offers the chance to share your perspectives on what it takes to be a Leader of the Future, to co-create our vision on the future together and to battle it out for the 2020 BOLD Leader Award!

Deloitte’s BOLD Leader of the Future Program 2019-2020 consists of the Leaders of the Future Event (October 8th), followed by a short campaign, and will culminate with the 2020 Human Capital Trends Launch in April 2020 – where we will also award the BOLD Leader of the year.

The BOLD Leader of the year nominees will be identified based on nominations from peers or by themselves, during and shortly after the Leaders of the Future Event. Based on vlogs in which the nominees show their BOLDness and their impact, a top 10 is selected. Nominate your favorite BOLD Leader by clicking on the blue button on this page.

Next, in a finalists process, nominees present their view of People Leadership trends. Nominees vote for each other in each category of BOLD, of which the scores define the TOP 3 leaders. See how last year's BOLD Leaders demonstrated their boldness in the video below.

During the annual Human Capital Trends Event in April 2020, our finalists will present their views one final time after which the audience will vote for the BOLD Leader of the Future 2019-2020. The winner receives a Deloitte Greenhouse Lab session of his or her choice – for example a High Performing Teams Lab together with his or her team, or a Personal Plan.

Rewards

During the program all nominees will be guided by Deloitte coaches on leadership presence and marketing. The top 10 contestants are rewarded with a 360 Article in Management Scope magazine. The BOLD Leader of the Year wins a Deloitte Greenhouse Lab session of his or her choice – for example a High Performing Teams Lab together with his or her team, or a Personal Plan, facilitated by Deloitte experts in the winner’s area of expertise, interest, or industry.
