This bold move reinforces their market leader position in tax technology consulting
Deloitte and tax automation consultancy firm Tytho, have reached an agreement on the acquisition of Tytho. Tytho is a Netherlands-based consulting and software company that provides its clients with sustainable Tax Automation and Tax Technology solutions. They are solution agnostic and cover any ERP and Indirect tax application. Deloitte is market leader in the broad tax technology domain and has the ambition to help clients worldwide in all tax technology areas.

Susanne de Nooijer-Kouwenhoven, Martijn van Hoof and Eliza Alberts-Muller, the Tytho founders, will join the Deloitte tax technology leadership team and will play a key role in the continued growth of the practice. Deloitte will welcome a team of highly skilled tax technologists that not only have strong relationships in the broader tax technology community but also developed the product suite ‘Tytho Indirect Tax Logic (ITL)’, comprising of a range of unique SAP add-on tax solutions.
