About Rising Star
What innovative start-up has the most potential?
The Rising Star competition is part of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme, celebrating future winners. It recognises and supports young companies with great growth potential that have been in business for less than four years.
The Rising Star is the award for the most promising tech start-up in the Netherlands: the start-up that the jury estimates will be able to score high points in the Technology Fast 50 ranking within a few years. In this category, tech companies are judged by a panel of independent experts on ambition, revenue potential, degree of innovation and scalability. Known as post-incubators, Rising Stars have the potential to develop into successful companies that stand out from their competitors. They are the future winners. In addition to the Rising Star award, there is the Most Disruptive Innovator Award: the award for the company that developed the most disruptive technology.
