Heleen is Partner of the Deloitte Benefits & Pension Advisory practice. With more than 30 years of working experience in the pensions, insurance and international employee benefits industry, she is responsible for advisory in the field of Corporate Benefits, Pensions and Total Rewards, including DE&I projects and Pension Communication. Pension & Benefits projects supporting HR & Finance Departments of large and medium sized companies may occur in times of (international) mergers and acquisitions, legal changes or simply company growth or redirection.
