Maarten has been active in the field of customs and global trade since early 2017.

Maarten focusses on customs law in broad perspective and has experience as an advisor to large and medium-sized (trading) companies on the following topics: customs procedures, daily (in-house) customs operations, customs and excise authorizations, AEO, (customs and excise) litigation, excise duties and taxes.
