Mieke Klanker

Mieke is Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory with a focus on ESG, Sustainability & Impact in M&A. She has over 10 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and has supported clients on integration and separation support, restructuring, due diligence and synergy reviews.

Mieke provides advice on ESG, sustainability value creation and impact assessment in a deal environment. She works with Private Equity, corporate clients and SME on ESG related origination, ESG due diligence and value creation as well as exit readiness. Furthermore she supports private equity with their fund ESG strategy ahead of fundraising and on alignment with EU regulation.
