Nomi Shandler

Nomi is a Senior Manager currently leading the Infrastructure and Capital Programmes team within Programme Leadership at Deloitte Netherlands. She has over 15 years experience implementing transformational change at the operational level. Her background in lean management systems and capital project delivery has helped her clients across asset intensive industries achieve sustained improvements in productivity and delivery excellence. Nomi and her teams orchestrate the critical elements required at each stage of the capital project lifecycle to maintain strategic focus on time, cost and quality requirements.

In her time with Deloitte, Nomi has worked for the Canadian and UK firms and is now enjoying her time and her bike in the Netherlands.
