Ralf is responsible for the strategic Global Employer Services propositions in the Netherlands. He specializes in Business Travel Solutions, Immigration and the Posted Workers Directive. Additionally he is involved in the Deloitte Global Mobility Consultancy proposition and aims to enhance Deloitte’s eminence for the strategic expertise in this field. Ralf has the experience and ability to understand the requirements of People/HR departments in global organizations, incorporating all elements and he is able to team with our clients to elevate and enrich the employee experience of their international workforce.
