Ruben Kamerling

Ruben is a Manager in Deloitte Legal’s Corporate Law team. He has broad experience in corporate law (a.o. restructurings, financing, transactions and corporate governance) and commercial contracting (a.o. GT&C, sale and purchase, lease, service, distribution and IP licensing agreements).

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2021, Ruben has practiced as an attorney-at-law at a major Dutch law firm for six years and worked as a legal adviser the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate for over a year.

In 2020, Ruben completed a post-graduate specialization course in the field of Dutch law of contracts at the Grotius Academie, a well-known Dutch post-graduate legal education institute.
