Ruben Verschuren

Ruben is a lawyer with 9+ years of experience as both attorney-at-law and in-house legal counsel of a financial institution. He advises on national, international and European regulatory matters affecting financial institutions (banks, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies and investment funds), as well as non-financial institutions that are subject to regulatory law. Ruben had various roles in large remediation programmes within the financial sector as project lead and subject matter expert. His expertise lies in advising on financial supervision matters, AML/CTF laws and with the application of licenses with the Dutch regulator (AFM/DNB).
