Vincent Lukkien

At Deloitte The Netherlands I am Director and lead of the Cyber Strategy team within Cyber Risk Services. In addition, I am also the Cyber lead for the Insurance sector at Deloitte The Netherlands.

I have over 13 years of international experience in change management in de financial services sector. I have initiated and managed change across complex multinational organisations like financial institutions and logistic companies both in Europe and Asia.

My experience includes managing programmes in technology areas as well as organisation wide reorganisations and mergers.

Prior to joining Deloitte, I worked 5 years at BCG Amsterdam and 6 years at Barclays Investment Bank in Singapore and London. I studied Chemical Engineering and hold an MBA degree from INSEAD.
