Frøydis has extensive experience in change management and creating concrete results that matter on the bottom line. Strong focus on core processes as the starting point for all organizational development and change. She believes that empowerment of the Client or end user is imperative.
She has experience from both developing Leadership- and organizational Development structures, processes and tools as well as being the receiver of such in her role as HR leader. Within the Health Industry she spent 6 years as project manager leading both small/medium development projects to complex organizational change projects. As leader of HR Transformation and part of the HC community, she focuses mainly on change management and leadership.
