Frode has long experience in leading large programs and complex projects that combine organizational development and digital transformation as part of realizing strategic goals. He is a reflective, analytical and outgoing person who enjoys major challenges in complex environments. He has the competence to lead at both strategic level in large organizations, but also understand technical, complex problems that characterize the digital transformation in the public and private sector. Frode is a strong professional that is passionate about bringing out the very best in the people and organizations he works with. He is a certified SAFe SPC, PRINCE 2, MSP and MoP consultant.
