Kasia is a leader for Deloitte’s Innovation & Venture team within Strategy, Innovation and Design practice. She has more than 13 years of experience from innovation and strategy projects, working across a number of industries: consumer goods/retail, aquaculture, oilfield services, insurance and public sector. In the last years she has been focused on helping leaders improve innovation processes and structures to speed up product and services launch. She is highly passionate about bringing deep customer insights into all her projects and helping clients translate insights into growth initiatives.
