Morten Vaage

Morten serves as the head of Operations Excellence and Enterprise Blockchain lead. He has over 20 years of work and management experience from several industries, including the Royal Norwegian Navy, humanitarian organizations, the energy industry and logistics companies. Through these, he has taken part in and led major internal and external deliveries within change management, technology and local and supply chains. Much of Morten's experience comes from international operations and is linked to global value chains and organizations, and he has a vast professional network through these engagements.

Morten is particularly passionate about the development and utilization of technology, infrastructure, resources and expertise across industries and branches, especially within the global development of supply chain. Innovation, sustainability and application of new technology are areas he is passionate about in the establishment of new solutions and approaches. At same time he as he has broad experience from - and great awareness of - complexity around established structures and historical solutions, as an important part of developing companies further.

Morten has a broad academic background, both from the Norwegian School of Science & Technology (NTNU), The Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, the Norwegian Defense College and the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences (NIH), especially within leadership, business development, strategy, operational management and Supply Chain.
