Deloitte launches new leadership consulting practice
4 April 2016 - Deloitte NZ today announces the launch of a new leadership consulting practice. This launch follows Deloitte UK’s recent acquisition of the business and assets of Kaisen Consulting Limited (“Kaisen”), a boutique leadership consultancy of business psychologists which has 25 years’ experience working with senior leaders in more than 40 countries.
The NZ Leadership practice will be led by Andy Clayton, a former Kaisen consultant. Combining Deloitte’s current leadership consulting research and experience with Kaisen’s market leading assessment methodology, IP, and tools, the new practice will target New Zealand’s leadership services market, estimated to be worth $150m a year.
Deloitte’s ambition is to become the leading provider of leadership services. The practice will offer Deloitte’s client base access to a full range of leadership services, including: unique assessment tools, such as in-depth psychological profiling; management development and leadership strategy.*
