Our mission is to promote and facilitate the effective and efficient use of Information Technology within the firm.  We strive to provide consistent, timely and appropriate support & services to the business to create an environment which supports continuous improvement, teamwork and learning 

We utilise an innovative mix of technology, tools and business processes to create state of the art solutions with awesome results. We work closely with the business (including external and internal service lines) and external vendors to deliver sustained improvements in business performance, drive firm profitability value and create competitive advantage.

Our structure

The national IT team is structured into three sub-teams:The national IT team is structured into three sub-teams:

  • Help Desk team –  providing end user support for our hardware and software applications
  • Applications – providing application and reporting services
  • Infrastructure – maintaining the national network that supports all of our services including our servers, wide area network and firewall
