ELE Group receivership information

This page provides information for creditors, employees and effected parties in relation to ELE Group’s receivership.

(together the “ELE Group”)

It should be noted that ELE Security Limited is not in receivership and is continuing to trade.

Background information
 

On 20 December 2023, David Webb and Robert Campbell were appointed Receivers and Managers of the above companies.

The Companies provide services throughout New Zealand as follows:

  • labour hire support to the construction, civil, manufacturing and healthcare sectors,
  • permanent recruitment
  • refrigerated transport and customised freight services to clients

The appointment was made at the request of the Companies’ Director, following efforts to seek additional investment and a sale of the business and/or assets.

The immediate role of the Receivers is to focus on communication with employees and stakeholders affected by the receiverships, and work with the Companies Senior Management on the protection (and realisation) of assets.

The Receivers understand that there will be many parties, including customers, third-party suppliers who will have questions about the process.
