On 5 October 2017 at 10.12am, David Webb and David Vance were appointed Liquidators of HydroWorks Limited (In Liquidation) by the Christchurch High Court. As a result of this, the interim liquidation has now ended.

Mr Vance and Mr Webb applied to the High Court for an order to qualify to act as liquidators of HydroWorks. This was granted on 4 October 2017. Copies of the application and sealed order, as required by the High Court, are posted below:
