The Maungarangi Trust is established by Trust Order dated 2 March 2011 under S219 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.

Ngahuinga Motumako Lands Trust
The Ngahuinga Motumako Lands Trust is established under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. The trust lands were vested in trustees by the Maori Land Court on 2 August 1991.The trust continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Tura Whenua Maori Act 1993. The Trust Lands comprising some 1492 ha near Murupara. The trust also owns a commercial property in Murupara and the former Murupara Motor Camp site.
Ngati Whakaue Education Endowment Trust
Mission Statement
'To enhance the legacy of Ngati Whakaue Tupuna by the responsible and effective management of the Endowment and the provision of financial support to the beneficiaries of the Trust for educational purposes that add value and benefit to our community.'

Okataina Trust
The Okataina 10 Trust is established by Trust Order dated May 1982 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
The Trust's Lands comprising 513.5366ha are located between Lakes Okareka, Okataina and Tarawera. The block is leased to Ngati Whakaue Tribal Lands Inc for a 25-year term from 1 August 2002.

Owhata Trust
The Owhata 2B Trust is established by Trust Order dated 3 February 1993 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. The Owhata 7 Trust is established by Trust Order dated 28 April 1988 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. They both continue today as Ahu Whenua Trusts dated 9 June 2005 under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
Although both trusts are separate trusts with their own assets, shareholders and trustees, they have operated together as a partnership for many years. The trust's lands are adjacent to each other and they have been farmed together to provide a better economic return than would be achievable were they each operated separately.

Paehinahina Mourea Trust
The Paehinahina Mourea Trust was established in 1972 under section 438 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
The Trust lands are located 12 km to the north east of Rotorua city. The land is owned by two hapu of Ngati Pikiao - Ngati Te Takinga and Ngati Hinekura. Over time the land has been known by several different titles: Taheke Papakainga, Mourea Papakainga, Tikitere Development Block and Paehinahina Mourea.

Pukaingataru B18 Trust
The Pukaingataru B18 Trust is established by Trust Order dated 21 March 1988 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues today as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.

The Paritangi Maori Lands Trust exists by Trust Order dated 3 September 2004 pursuant to an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.

The Rakeihopukia Lands Trust is established by Trust Order dated 5 January 1996 as?an Ahu Whenua Trust pursuant to Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. The original name of the block is Te Teko A4.

Rotoiti 3V3 Trust
The Trust's assets are vested in trustees who have been elected by the owners and appointed by the Maori Land Court. The trustees remain as trustees for their lifetime or until they resign. It is the trustees' responsibility to manage the Trust's assets in accordance with the Trust Order for the benefit of the owners.

Rotoiti 6 & 7B1 Trust
The Rotoiti 6 &7B1 Trust is established by Trust Order dated 5 July 1989 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust dated 10 June 2008?under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
The Trust's Lands comprising some 157ha are located on Rotoehu Road on the northern edge of Lake Rotehu. The block is leased to the neighbouring Tautara Matawhaura Trust for 6 years from 15 August 2008.

Rangatira E Trust
The Rangatira E Trust was established in 1982 under section 438 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. The first meeting of Owners of the Trust was on the 29 th October 1982. Representatives from the Department of Maori Affairs, Lands & Survey Dept., and the Maori Land Board attended that meeting and gave their final reports on their administration of the farm. The new trustees inherited a debt of $154,281 and in their first year made a profit of $66,655 and paid the owners their first dividend of $24,371.

Taheke Paengaroa Trust
The Taheke Paengaroa Trust is established by Trust Order dated 1 November 1994 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Tura Whenua Maori Act 1993.

Tautara Matawhaura Trust
The Tautara Matawhaura Trust is established under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. The block name is Matawhaura 3.
The Trust Lands comprising some 3618 ha are located at the western end of Lake Rotoehu.

Te Tahuna Trust
The Te Tahuna Trust was established in 1981 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Tura Whenua Maori Act 1993.
The Trust Lands comprising some 30.6 ha are located at Hinehopu at the eastern end of Lake Rotoiti.

Te Tumu Kaituna 14 Trust
The Trust's assets are vested in trustees who have been elected by the owners and appointed by the Maori Land Court.? They remain as trustee for life or until they resign or are removed by the Court.? It is their responsibility to manage the Trust land and other Trust assets in accordance with the Trust Order.
