Safety change through 45° – The Business of SafetyTM
Our team provides interactive and innovative training for business leaders and their teams, led by former New South Wales work cover prosecutors. A simulated mock court prosecution will challenge your thinking, push attendees out of their comfort zone, galvanise actions and demonstrate safety management responsibility in a fun and high-impact way.
The objective of the mock court is to provoke people to re-evaluate the priority of safety. It also aims to improve your employees’ understanding of their personal responsibilities in maintaining your organisation’s safety system.

Deloitte recognises that a critical aspect of a safety management system is identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks. Our safety risk profiling methodology can help your organisation develop a better understanding of risk exposure – from the top down as well as from the bottom up.
