Cameron Gray

I have ten years’ experience in audit and corporate finance in both New Zealand and Europe. My specialisation is in transaction services with a focus on large and complex transactions, I have significant experience leading project delivery for these engagements. Being a transaction specialist means being able to quickly digest a significant amount of information in a short amount of time and filter it into key transaction risks and valuation considerations.

I have experience across a range of industries, but have developed specialist experience in consumer and TMT, and enjoy the dynamic nature of these industries.

I have complementary skillsets in M&A services, valuation, and other financial advisory services, and I am spending roughly half of my time supporting the growth of our mid-market corporate finance services in the CNI region.
