With over 30 years’ experience in business, both in New Zealand and the UK, my goal is to help clients be better businesses by doing ‘the right thing’ and being able to demonstrate it. The wider impact of this is to inspire the people of Aotearoa to better engage with these organisations; confidently, safely, and with a sense of fairness.

I’m a passionate supporter of women in business and an advocate for financial equality and visible opportunities. I truly believe this empowers women to achieve successful careers, giving them more choice and pathways to live their best lives.

As leader of our National Risk Advisory team and our FSI Risk and Regulatory practice, I’m proud to have a diverse and talented group of people to work with. It’s their collective expertise that enables us to tackle the continually emerging challenges like data complexity, new technologies, regulation, automation, cyber threat and climate change.
