Dan Howell

I am part of the Organisation Transformation Team within Human Capital. My expertise is in supporting organisations to navigate their people-related challenges, whether that be within people functions or in implementation environments, including change and culture management support for transformation projects, and helping organisations evolve their talent experience in the changing world of work. I have worked extensively in the Public Sector including high-profile projects with NZ Police and the Department of Corrections, whilst also having a background in Financial Services through work with organisations such as Barclays, ASB and Kiwibank.
