As an Experience Design Lead, my focus is the delivery of service design and customer experience design services to New Zealand organisations and their customers.
I am a passionate advocate of co-creation and insights-driven design, and I enjoy exploring and challenging complex customer and business problems through the lens of experience. I draw on my foundation in web development, UX and visual design to ideate, design and implement new or improved product and service concepts and experiences for my clients, and play a coaching role in building design thinking capability within their organisations.
I enjoy bringing together diverse teams from across consulting to collaborate directly with clients and their end-users to inform the design of meaningful experiences that truly make a difference to them.
